Our Policies

• Our veterinarian examines each puppy before it is sent home. To the best of our knowledge, we guarantee the health of our pups (unless otherwise noted). You will receive a written health record for your veterinarian at purchase. All of our puppies have received their most recent puppy vaccinations and dewormings.

• When they are eight weeks old, puppies will be placed in homes.

• All of the puppy's costs are covered by the new owner, including boarding, grooming, food, vet bills, AKC registration, and surgeries.

• Any behavioral issues, injuries to people, or damage to property that this puppy may cause are not our responsibility. Although we have given them the best training possible, it is your responsibility to keep them trained and to raise well mannered dog

• We provide a limited health guarantee.

• To facilitate a seamless transition to the brand of food you select for your puppy, we send a small sample of our puppy food home with you.

• A $1000 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy; the remaining amount is due when the puppy is picked up. We take deposits via Zelle. The remaining amount needs to be paid with cash. (I apologize, but credit cards and money orders are not accepted.)

• Every sale is final. We do not exchange puppies or reimburse puppy purchase prices.

• Once a puppy leaves our property, we are not liable for its illness, death, or loss.
